With over three decades of experience in vegan cooking, Anthea Amore brings creativity, knowledge and real-world expertise to every class. A long-time advocate for plant-based living, she combines bold flavours with a practical, nourishing approach to food.
Anthea offers a range of classes for all levels, from vegan basics and healthy everyday meals to raw food workshops, gourmet feasts and seasonal experiences. Each class is hands-on, interactive and designed to build confidence in the kitchen, with plenty of tips and insights along the way.
All classes include recipes, take-home notes and a shared feast. Perfect for private groups, retreats, celebrations or corporate events, they’re a fun and engaging way to learn delicious, plant-based cooking.
Cooking classes can also be added to retreat catering for a more immersive guest experience, and are available as hands-on or demonstration-style sessions for groups of 10 or more.
